Candidate Privacy Notice
Processing of personal data in job applications.
This notice has been prepared under KVKK (Law No. 6698) regarding the processing of the personal data of candidates who apply for a job through the careers page of Logitork Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Logitork") or by e-mail.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, city.
- CV information: position applied for, experience, education and work history, the CV file and the information you share in your cover letter.
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of application.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and evaluating your application and assessing your suitability for the position,
- Contacting you and conducting interview processes,
- Conducting pre-employment-contract processes,
- Re-evaluating your application when a suitable position opens (with your explicit consent).
4. Legal bases
Your data is processed on the grounds of Article 5(2) of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion of a contract, legitimate interest, and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; and, for keeping it in the candidate pool, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your application is shared only with human resources and the relevant department managers. It may be transferred, to the extent the service requires, to authorised public authorities under legal obligations and to e-mail and IT service providers.
6. Retention period
Your application is kept until the evaluation process is concluded. If you have given your explicit consent, it is kept in the candidate pool for at most two years; at the end of this period it is deleted or anonymised. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
7. Your rights and applications
You can send your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to Sekerpinar Mh. Nazmi Balci Cd. No:3, Cayirova / Kocaeli, TR.
