Customs Clearance

Export, import and transit customs procedures under one roof.

Service details

With our contracted customs brokers, we manage your export, import and transit customs procedures together with the transport operation.

Customs clearance is the management of the declaration, document and tax processes needed for your cargo to cross the border smoothly and be placed under the right customs procedure. At Logitork, we run the transport operation with one point of contact, without separating it from the customs process.

With our contracted customs brokers and experienced foreign trade team, we are with you on HS code determination, T1/T2 transit procedures, A.TR and origin documents, TIR carnets and export-import declarations. The HS code and customs office code guides in the Useful Information section speed up your process.

Frequently asked questions

Things you may wonder.

If you could not find what you were looking for, write to us.

Can I buy customs clearance separately from transport?

Yes. Taking it together with transport speeds up the process, but separate requests are also considered.

Which documents are required?

Usually the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document (CMR, B/L, AWB) and, depending on the product, origin or conformity documents are requested.

How do I find the HS code?

You can use the HS code search tool in the Useful Information section or ask our team for support.

What information do we need for a quote?

Loading and unloading points, type of cargo, estimated weight or volume and the date the cargo is ready are enough for a quote. If anything is missing, our team will contact you.
