The list is a combination of the European Commission's List of Customs Offices (COL) and the Turkish Ministry of Trade's "Customs Offices and Accounting Codes" list. The COL covers the countries in the Common Transit/NCTS area (EU, Türkiye, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Montenegro, Andorra, San Marino, etc.). For countries outside Common Transit, such as Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, there is no common official code list for customs offices; current information must be obtained from the customs authority of the country concerned. The information is for guidance only; rely on official sources and your customs broker for declarations.
